It just got even easier to get On Track for Kindergarten with OberlinKids. Our Director, Miss Jenn, worked on our annual development, social and emotional screening and family intake forms and links to get them down from 4 links to 2 and tried to get rid of as much duplication within the forms as possible.
Whether you are a new parent doing your first intake form or updating you will now only have one link for intake – before there were separate parent/caregiver and child links and repeat info to type. Now there is a combined Parent/Caregiver/Child link and form to complete.
The screening links themselves have also been combined by the folks at ASQ. Once you click the screening link for the ASQ screenings you will choose the 3rd option on the form that opens. Both the ASQ – 3 and ASQ-SE -2 are now together within that 3rd option. You complete the whole thing, this will give Miss Jenn a complete overview to review and return her results back to you with a better picture of where your child is on their journey to kindergarten.
