Our signature enrollment program, On Track for Kindergarten, is a free program that offers the Ages & Stages Questionnaires® ASQ-3 developmental screening, and the social-emotional screening ASQ SE-2, in an online format for you to complete at your own convenience. The questionnaires are play-based and you may already know the answers to the questions from playing with your child. Depending on your child’s age, you may need some props – like a ball, blocks, or a toy. Click the orange button on this page to get your child On Track for Kindergarten today!
You can then review the results that you receive. If there are any recommendations or referrals for services, you will be contacted by OberlinKids. OberlinKids will identify if there is anything we can recommend. If you or your child are eligible or may be interested in additional resources to help your family, we will contact you to schedule a time to discuss ways we can help.
